Rolex seeks an experienced Electroplater in Bienne, Switzerland for manufacturing operations and process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute electroplating operations and metal finishing processes
- Prepare, monitor, and control equipment, chemical baths, and process parameters
- Organize and schedule operational activities to meet production timelines
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain full process traceability
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and work method optimization
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Swiss Federal CFC (Apprenticeship Certificate) in Electroplating or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in electroplating operations within an industrial production environment
- Knowledge of LIGA technology preferred
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach
- Analytical mindset and high sense of responsibility

Confirmed professional experience in electroplating operations within an industrial manufacturing setting.
Education
Swiss Federal Certificate of Apprenticeship (CFC) in Electroplating or equivalent professional qualification.
