Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and monitor electroplating treatments using chemical baths to metal and composite components
- Conduct regular laboratory analysis and testing of chemical bath parameters
- Maintain and adjust electroplating bath specifications and chemical composition
- Ensure quality control and adherence to Rolex precision standards
- Perform hands-on technical work in a controlled manufacturing environment
- Document and report treatment processes and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Strong interest and aptitude in chemistry and physics
- Manual dexterity and comfort with hands-on technical activities
- Logical and methodical thinking
- Attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Successful completion of EVA and EVATech assessment tests
