Role & Responsibilities
- Design and document target cloud architectures for Dynamics 365 and related services within the infrastructure teams.
- Install, integrate and industrialise public and private cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Implement and maintain automation for configuration and deployment processes (IaC and CI/CD).
- Define and enforce IT standards, policies and operational best practices for cloud environments.
- Produce engineering and operations documentation for deployed solutions.
- Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure solution quality and compliance.
- Resolve complex incidents and provide level‑3 support for cloud environments.
- Act as a technical leader, providing guidance to peers and stakeholders throughout projects.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or engineering; engineering diploma (EPF) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO).
- Extensive practical experience with Microsoft Azure; familiarity with other public clouds is an asset.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of information security concepts and operational controls.
- Demonstrated autonomy in problem solving and solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, discretion and rigour.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident‑resolution capabilities.
- Fluency in English.

Experience
At least 5 years working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in enterprise environments, including design, deployment, automation and Level‑3 support; proven experience acting as a technical lead on cloud projects.
Education
University degree in computer science or engineering (EPF engineering diploma or equivalent).
