Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the drawing office team, ensuring timely delivery of technical drawings, 3D models and manufacturing documentation for movement and case components.
- Oversee CAD workflows, drawing standards and revision control in alignment with manufacturing and quality requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional interfaces with design, prototyping, production, quality and suppliers to translate concepts into producible technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain PLM/CAD data governance, including configuration management and release procedures.
- Mentor and develop draughtsmen/CAD engineers, conduct performance reviews and define training plans to raise technical competence.
- Manage resource planning and prioritize projects to meet product development and production deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with industry and internal drawing standards (GD&T, ISO) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven background in mechanical or precision engineering, industrial design or advanced watchmaking with strong expertise in technical drawing.
- Demonstrable leadership experience managing small technical teams in a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Excellent command of CAD/3D modelling standards and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary stakeholders under confidentiality constraints.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English preferred.

Typically 5+ years in technical drafting or mechanical design with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity, preferably within precision manufacturing or watchmaking.
