Role & Responsibilities
- Observe and shadow skilled watchmakers and technicians across selected production or service areas under supervision.
- Assist with basic, non-critical tasks to support the workshop or customer service teams (preparation, cleaning, documentation).
- Participate in guided introductions to assembly, quality control, and finishing processes to gain practical insight into horology workflows.
- Adhere strictly to safety, confidentiality and workplace hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in secondary school, vocational education, technical programme or higher education; recent school leavers may be considered.
