Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end digital transformation programmes that modernize business processes, systems and customer-facing capabilities.
• Define and operationalize the digital strategy in close collaboration with executive stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Own programme governance: set KPIs, manage budgets, mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery across cross-functional workstreams and external vendors.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across global functions and retail networks to secure adoption and sustained business value.
• Architect scalable solutions by coordinating IT, data, security and business teams to integrate cloud services, ERP/CRM enhancements and analytics platforms.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team, establishing delivery disciplines, best practices and a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of digital transformation or large-scale IT programmes within a complex, global organization.
• Strong track record of stakeholder management with executive visibility and the ability to align business, operations and IT priorities.
• Demonstrable experience with programme governance, budgeting, vendor management and delivery of measurable business benefits.
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment, able to influence at all levels and drive behavioural change.
• Fluent knowledge of modern delivery frameworks and enterprise architecture approaches.

Skills

Experience

Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, digital strategy or transformation roles, including minimum 3 years of people management and leadership of cross-functional programmes delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Education

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, Prosci) are advantageous.
