Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end digital transformation programmes that modernize business processes, systems and customer-facing capabilities.
- Define and operationalize the digital strategy in close collaboration with executive stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Own programme governance: set KPIs, manage budgets, mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery across cross-functional workstreams and external vendors.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across global functions and retail networks to secure adoption and sustained business value.
- Architect scalable solutions by coordinating IT, data, security and business teams to integrate cloud services, ERP/CRM enhancements and analytics platforms.
