Rolex seeks a Digital Transformation Project Manager for its Geneva logistics team to bridge operational and IT solutions for the L.E.S system.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal stakeholder requirements and operational constraints to design functional logistics solutions aligned with the L.E.S platform
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, enabling IT teams to evaluate solutions, secure costing accuracy, and prepare implementation
  • Coordinate between logistics industrialization, IT, and management teams to align objectives, prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress with appropriate stakeholder visibility
  • Identify process optimization and simplification opportunities related to L.E.S deployment; contribute to site harmonization and continuous improvement of the solution
  • Ensure functional coherence of system enhancements across all sites, working closely with application support to facilitate documentation, user adoption, and understanding of new functionality

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (EPF, HES, or equivalent)
  • Specialization in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or production systems management preferred
  • Proven experience in logistics environments (methods, operations, continuous improvement, process and tool deployment)
  • Background with IT components within logistics operations
  • Exceptional stakeholder coordination and management abilities with strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Affinity for digital tools applied to supply chain management (WMS, LES, ERP systems)
  • Strong capability to develop pragmatic solutions based on operational constraints
  • Experience working in iterative, agile, and short-cycle environments
