Rolex Digital Project Manager position in Geneva. Lead digital platform development and deployment projects within the Commercial division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional digital projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the deployment and ongoing maintenance of digital applications and platforms
- Develop and monitor project key performance indicators; communicate progress through formal presentations and reporting
- Manage databases and verify data quality to ensure consistency and integrity across integrated systems
- Provide comprehensive support to end users, including access management and user onboarding
- Analyse market requirements and generate strategic recommendations to enhance platform capabilities
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification, with specialisation in digital or information systems preferred
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in digital project management and database administration
- Strong understanding of application architecture and functionality
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, CRM systems, Adobe Analytics, Jira, and Confluence
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Proactive, well-organised, and intellectually curious
Skills
Experience
8 years of experience in digital project tracking and database administration is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong grasp of application functionality and proven success managing complex digital initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Education
