Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the digital project management team in planning and tracking project timelines, deliverables and milestones across web, mobile and CRM initiatives.
- Maintain and update project plans, status reports and risk registers; escalate blockers to project leads in a timely manner.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication between internal stakeholders (marketing, IT, retail, legal) and external agencies or vendors.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities by preparing test scripts, logging issues and verifying fixes.
- Prepare concise executive summaries, presentations and dashboard reports for weekly project reviews.
- Organize project meetings, capture minutes and follow up on action items to ensure progress and accountability.
- Contribute to workflow optimisation and documentation of processes, templates and best practices for digital delivery.
- Monitor basic performance indicators and assist with post‑launch reviews to capture learnings and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Digital Project Management, Information Systems, Communications or a related discipline.
- Previous internship or practical experience (3–12 months) supporting project teams or digital initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) and basic understanding of web/mobile delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
