Rolex seeks an intern in Geneva to deploy digital 5S methodology for technical documentation management and governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing technical documentation and apply digital 5S methodology to identify and eliminate obsolete documents
- Define structured document nomenclature and establish comprehensive classification schemes aligned with organizational requirements
- Contribute to the development of documentation governance frameworks and evaluate artificial intelligence solutions for electronic document management
- Prepare project deliverables and conduct awareness sessions with technical teams on new documentation processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information and Documentation Management, Information Sciences, Digital Project Management, or equivalent field
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic document management principles, 5S methodology, and AI applications in documentation
- Expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365 suite with capacity to design documentation governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, organizational rigor, autonomy, technological curiosity, collaborative mindset, and commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Skills
Experience
Currently pursuing advanced studies in information management, documentation sciences, or digital project management; practical experience with digital documentation systems is a significant advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) in Information and Documentation Management, Information Sciences and Documentation, or Digital Project Management; expected completion aligned with internship timeline.
