Rolex is seeking a Digital Development Lead for its Information Systems division to analyze business needs and deliver robust technical solutions within the Digital Factory. The role combines hands-on development with oversight of external teams and support for project managers and product owners; flexible working arrangements and social benefits are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Actively contribute to development work.
- Monitor, support, and validate development delivered by external teams.
- Assist project managers and product owners in their responsibilities.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or equivalent.
- More than 6 years of proven experience in software development.
- Web/Java development experience, with good knowledge of AngularJS, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; MongoDB is an asset.
- Good understanding of solution architectures, including service-oriented, microservices, and cloud architectures.
- Proficiency in agile project management methods.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong autonomy in finding solutions.
- Rigor and discretion.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
