Rolex in Geneva seeks a Dial Pad-Printing Operator (Cadranographe/Tampographe) for production — pad printing, varnish preparation and quality control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute decal (tampography) operations on watch dial plates and discs, including day and date discs.
  • Prepare and mix decal varnishes and perform machine setup and adjustments for pad-printing equipment.
  • Carry out systematic quality controls and visual inspections to ensure conformity with strict tolerances.
  • Participate in daily production meetings to align on priorities, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain workplace organisation and housekeeping standards through 5S practices.

Qualifications

  • Vocational training in watchmaking (e.g., operator in watchmaking, dialmaker AFP/CFC) or formal training in pad printing/printing.
  • Proven mastery of tampography techniques, varnish preparation and pad-printing machine adjustment.
  • Excellent visual acuity and fine manual dexterity.
  • High levels of rigour, precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team; calm and professional demeanour.

Experience
