Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of MES applications.
  • Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance service quality, availability, and security of applications.
  • Manage the evolution and automation of configurations and deployments.
  • Install, automate, and integrate solutions with associated documentation.
  • Resolve complex problems and handle Level 3 incidents.
  • Participate in on-call service duties.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in computer science (e.g., HES Engineer).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, IIS, Powershell, FailoverCluster, SQLServer).
  • Familiarity with high availability environments and their monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Linux environments and containerization technologies.
  • Strong autonomy, team spirit, relational ease, and ability to work in a complex environment.
