Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of MES applications.
- Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance service quality, availability, and security of applications.
- Manage the evolution and automation of configurations and deployments.
- Install, automate, and integrate solutions with associated documentation.
- Resolve complex problems and handle Level 3 incidents.
- Participate in on-call service duties.
Qualifications
- Higher education in computer science (e.g., HES Engineer).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, IIS, Powershell, FailoverCluster, SQLServer).
- Familiarity with high availability environments and their monitoring.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and containerization technologies.
- Strong autonomy, team spirit, relational ease, and ability to work in a complex environment.
- Excellent mastery of software factory tools, scripting, and development languages for automation (Puppet, Ansible, Bamboo, Jira).
- Awareness of DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code methods.
- Awareness of information security.
- Client-oriented, methodical, and rigorous with good stress resistance.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a similar DevOps or infrastructure role is required.
Education
Higher education in computer science (e.g., HES Engineer).
