Rolex in Geneva seeks a Demand Planner & Sales Order Administrator to manage forecasts, SAP order processing and supply‑chain optimisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyse and maintain sales and demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and commercial feedback.
  • Monitor variances between forecasts and actuals, diagnose root causes and recommend corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Manage sales order administration: receive and enter customer orders into SAP and track delivery status end-to-end.
  • Handle customer complaints and contribute to resolutions, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
  • Lead supply‑chain optimisation initiatives: map processes, identify pain points, propose improvements and follow through on implementation and tracking.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a forecasting/demand‑planning role, ideally within a SAP and/or Kinaxis environment.
  • Advanced analytical proficiency with Excel and Power Query; Python is a strong plus.
  • Very strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and comfortable working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

Experience

Mid‑level experience in demand planning, sales order administration or supply chain analysis, with hands‑on use of forecasting methodologies and ERP/planning tools.

Education

Engineering diploma or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
