Rolex in Geneva seeks a Demand Planner & Order Management Specialist to own forecasting and order-to-cash processes for its watch business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain short- and mid-term demand forecasts for assigned product ranges using statistical methods and consensus inputs from sales, wholesale and retail partners.
  • Manage the order-to-cash cycle: process customer orders, validate availability, coordinate order confirmations and follow up on deliveries and exceptions.
  • Collaborate with production planning, inventory control and logistics to align forecasts with manufacturing capacity and minimize stock imbalances.
  • Monitor and analyse sales trends, seasonality and promotional impacts to refine forecast accuracy and safety stock levels.
  • Prepare and present regular KPI reports and management dashboards (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, backlog) to stakeholders.
  • Operate and maintain planning tools and ERP systems; ensure data integrity and master‑data hygiene for demand‑planning processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting methodologies, order handling procedures and cross‑functional communication.
  • Escalate and resolve supply or order anomalies, liaising with customer service, after‑sales and external partners to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in demand planning, order management or supply chain coordination; experience in luxury goods, manufacturing or premium retail preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with ERP/planning systems (experience with SAP strongly preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrable analytical capability with experience building and interpreting forecasting models and KPI dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work across commercial, production and logistics functions.
  • High attention to detail, process discipline and the ability to operate in a confidential, quality-driven environment.
