Rolex — Biel/Bienne, Switzerland: Data Project Manager to lead data governance and SI projects for Industrialisation & Production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and formalize data governance rules, standards and best practices across Industrialisation & Production information systems.
- Coordinate intra- and inter-departmental activities to standardize methods, workflows and data exchanges.
- Plan, pilot and monitor IT system projects (timelines, costs, quality) and ensure delivery against objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary working groups and facilitate consensus between business and technical stakeholders.
- Support production and industrial partners in eliciting, specifying and validating requirements.
- Act as the technical referent for SI evolutions in collaboration with the application support team.
- Train and coach end users to ensure operational autonomy and promote adoption of standardized practices.
- Capture, document and transfer knowledge to secure continuity and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Advanced technician diploma (Technicien ES) in IT, information systems management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing IT/SI projects and animating multidisciplinary working groups.
- Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on familiarity with ERP, PLM and MES environments and data flows.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to structure and document complex processes.
- Methodical, rigorous and facilitation-oriented with a consensus-driven approach.
Skills
Experience
Confirmed experience delivering information‑systems projects and facilitating cross‑functional teams, with a track record of implementing or evolving ERP/PLM/MES solutions and improving data quality and governance.
Education
Diplôme de technicien ES (Technicien ES) in information technology or information systems management, or equivalent.
