Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate intra- and inter-departmental activities to standardise methods, workflows and data flows.
- Plan, pilot and monitor IT project delivery (schedule, cost and quality) for information systems impacting production.
- Lead multidisciplinary working groups and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
- Support industrial and production partners in eliciting, formalising and prioritising business requirements.
- Act as the technical reference for information system evolutions in collaboration with the application support team.
- Design and deliver training to ensure user autonomy and adoption of new solutions.
- Capture, capitalise and transfer knowledge to secure continuity and institutional memory.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma in IT, information systems management or equivalent (technician-level qualification).
- Proven experience in information systems project management and in facilitating multidisciplinary working groups.
- Practical knowledge of ERP, PLM and MES ecosystems, data flows and IT architectures.
- Ability to analyse, structure and document complex processes and specifications.
- Strong analytical, methodical and rigorous approach to work.
- Collaborative leader with facilitation skills and an orientation toward consensus building.

Experience
Confirmed track record of delivering IT projects—ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments—demonstrating cross-functional coordination, requirements definition and governance of production data and system evolutions.
Education
Technician-level diploma in IT, information systems management or equivalent (e.g., Diplôme de technicien ES in informatique / gestion des SI) or comparable qualification.
