Rolex Data Analyst position in Bienne, Switzerland. Transform production data into actionable intelligence using Tableau and analytics expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, understand, and challenge business requirements related to activity monitoring and operational performance
- Collect, structure, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple internal sources
- Build, enhance, and maintain performance indicators, operational dashboards, and monitoring cockpits
- Conduct data analyses to support performance understanding and informed decision-making
- Present findings clearly and adapt results for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and clarity of all data utilized across reports and analyses
- Participate in indicator governance and improvements to reporting and data management practices
- Collaborate closely with production, industrialization, IT, and other support teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in data analytics, statistics, management information systems, engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau Desktop
- Strong understanding of data quality, structuring, and exploitation challenges
- Skilled in managing and integrating data from multiple disparate sources
- Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, Python, or automation tools is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences

Experience
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within industrial or manufacturing production environments. Demonstrated capability in building performance dashboards, working with multiple data sources, and supporting operational decision-making processes.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in data analytics, statistics, management information systems, engineering, or related field.
