Rolex seeks a Data Analysis Intern for its Communication & Image division to improve data quality, map data flows, build dashboards, identify trends and support management decisions. The internship also involves maintaining CRM data consistency and assisting with service and training activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
- Map data flows and identify relevant data and measurement points.
- Build a data repository with business teams.
- Improve the reliability of collected data to ensure its quality.
- Validate data from the Division’s existing tools to ensure it can be used effectively.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends.
- Create suitable dashboards and use data to support the Division’s management in decision-making, and contribute to the preparation of presentations.
- Maintain the quality of existing databases, including monitoring and checking the consistency of information across all customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Support the team in service and training activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with Tableau Desktop is preferred.
- Knowledge of data management technologies (D365) and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Methodical and rigorous.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Team-oriented.
