Rolex in Geneva is hiring a Data Analysis Intern to optimise and valorise data; internship in data analytics, ETL, reporting and dashboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning and consolidation of operational and business data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and reproducible data workflows to ensure data quality and availability.
- Build dashboards, reports and KPI visualisations to support stakeholders across production, product and commercial teams.
- Perform exploratory and descriptive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies and actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of statistical or machine-learning prototypes to validate hypotheses and improve decision-making.
- Document data models, pipelines and analytical methods; contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, production, product management) to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with practical experience in data preparation, modelling and visualisation.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used for data work (Python or R).
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet analysis (advanced Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English and professional working ability in French preferred.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented and able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Experience
Internship or project experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related analytics role is preferred; hands-on experience with SQL querying, data cleaning and dashboard creation is expected.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a closely related field.
