Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and formalize data requirements.
- Map data flows and identify key data points and measurement metrics across systems.
- Build and maintain a business data dictionary / reference model in partnership with stakeholders.
- Validate and ensure integrity of data coming from existing tools to guarantee reliable exploitation.
- Improve data quality by implementing validation checks and consistency controls, especially within CRM systems.
- Analyze and interpret datasets to extract trends and actionable insights for divisional management.
- Design and deliver tailored dashboards and visualisations to support decision‑making and presentations.
- Support the team in service delivery activities and user training related to data tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Practical experience with Tableau Desktop (academic projects or prior internship experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and CRM data management practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Autonomous, methodical and rigorous with strong attention to data quality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.

Some hands‑on experience with Tableau Desktop is expected; internships, academic projects or prior roles involving data extraction, dashboarding or CRM data work are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline (in progress).
