Role & Responsibilities
- Define comprehensive project scopes and produce concise, executive-ready project charters.
- Plan project phases, set milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and optimise allocation of resources to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate and align all project stakeholders, including cross‑functional team members and external partners.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Master level HES, EPF or equivalent).
- 3–5 years' proven experience in project management, preferably within a demanding industrial environment.
- Solid command of project management methods and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to control budgets, perform risk analysis and drive resource optimisation.
- Rigorous, autonomous and highly organised with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, natural leadership and client‑service orientation.
- High adaptability to learn domain‑specific processes and manage diverse project types.

Experience
3 to 5 years of project management experience, ideally acquired in an industrial or manufacturing environment with a focus on optimisation initiatives.
Education
Master's degree in engineering (HES, EPF or equivalent).
