Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Demonstrable competence in project planning, risk management and budget control.
- Comfort with change management and the capacity to drive adoption of new processes.
- Professional project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience delivering cross-functional projects, preferably within watchmaking, precision manufacturing or premium goods; track record of interfacing with production, R&D and corporate functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent; Master's degree or specialized project management training is advantageous.
