Rolex seeks Cross-Functional Project Manager in Bienne, Switzerland. Lead multi-disciplinary projects, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to project objectives, timelines, and allocated budgets
- Guarantee consistency and alignment of projects with sector-wide strategic vision
- Lead and unite multidisciplinary project teams around common objectives
- Present project progress updates to management and stakeholders
- Define and formalize project scope, objectives, deliverables, scheduling, and budgeting
- Develop and monitor action plans in coordination with internal and external contributors
- Facilitate steering committees and project status meetings
- Prepare dashboards, periodic reports, and executive syntheses for decision-makers
- Identify interdependencies between projects and ensure cross-functional coordination
- Support change management initiatives with affected teams
- Capture lessons learned to enhance project practices and methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed project management experience
- Project management certification (PMP, AGILE, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- Demonstrated mastery of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and monitor project budgets
- Strong change management and team facilitation capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital project management tools
- Data analysis capability
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and translate complex concepts
- Leadership and influence without direct hierarchical authority
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple concurrent projects

Experience
Minimum 3 years of confirmed project management experience, ideally within manufacturing or multi-organizational environments.
Education
