Tudor/Rolex seeks CRM Project Manager in Geneva. Manage customer relations strategy, oversee CRM systems, and drive data analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand's clienteling strategy
- Coordinate CRM initiatives with internal departments including communications, marketing, and IT
- Deliver training programs to subsidiary offices and retail locations
- Analyze customer data and produce segmentation and performance reports
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in customer relationship management
- Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency with customer data
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to work autonomously
- Comprehensive knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR
