Rolex in Geneva seeks a Content Production Coordinator to manage photo and video production, stakeholder coordination and asset delivery for global marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end production of visual and written content (photo, video, editorial) for global marketing channels, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, product, legal, regional teams) and external partners (creative agencies, photographers, videographers, post-production houses).
- Prepare production briefs, shot lists and schedules; attend shoots and oversee on-set workflows and quality control.
- Manage post-production processes: asset ingestion, editing oversight, versioning, technical QC and final approvals in line with brand and technical specifications.
- Administer the digital asset management (DAM) system and ensure metadata, tagging and archiving practices support efficient localisation and reuse.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, regulatory/legal requirements and localization needs across markets.
- Track production budgets, submit cost estimates, process vendor invoices and maintain transparent records for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of production processes, templates and vendor lists to optimise quality, timelines and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, film/media production, marketing, visual arts or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to manage multilingual/content workflows and cross-functional stakeholder expectations within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Strong project-management capabilities with demonstrated experience coordinating photo and video productions from brief to delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to brand compliance and technical quality control.
- Professional maturity, diplomacy and discretion when working with senior executives, external talent and high-value assets.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of hands-on experience coordinating content production in-house or at an agency, with demonstrable involvement in photography and video shoots, post-production workflows and stakeholder management; experience in luxury, fashion, watchmaking or high-end lifestyle brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, marketing, visual arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
