Rolex is building a talent pool for CNC Machinist-Setters to support the rollout of its new industrial site in Bulle, Fribourg. The role sets, operates and monitors CNC production equipment while ensuring quality, safety and production targets; shift work is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set, operate and monitor CNC production equipment in accordance with manufacturing standards.
- Perform production changeovers, complex setups and production monitoring in line with the schedule.
- Ensure part conformity by carrying out dimensional and visual self-inspections.
- Meet daily production targets for quality, quantity and performance.
- Uphold safety and security rules, identify deviations and implement appropriate actions.
- Perform first-level preventive maintenance and keep workstations clean and orderly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing and team cohesion.
Qualifications
- CFC in machining mechanics or equivalent training.
- Experience setting up and operating CNC production equipment, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
- Proficiency in setup operations, quality inspections and reading technical drawings.
- Comfortable using standard computer tools.
- Available to work shifts.
- Autonomous, rigorous and proactive, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to share knowledge.

Experience
Experience setting up and operating CNC production equipment, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
Education
CFC in machining mechanics or equivalent training.
