Rolex seeks a Cloud Dynamics 365 Engineer in Geneva to design, deploy and maintain Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and related cloud architectures to support sales, service and back-office processes.
- Develop and operate integrations between D365, Dataverse and third-party systems using APIs, Azure services and middleware.
- Define and manage CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning and release orchestration using Azure DevOps and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
- Ensure platform security, governance and compliance across environments; implement monitoring, backup and incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and cross-functional IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and technical specifications.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and performance tuning for production systems and produce technical documentation and runbooks.
- Drive continuous improvement through technical reviews, knowledge transfer and adoption of best practices for Power Platform and Dynamics customisations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform services, Dataverse and Power Platform components.
- Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps), CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and IaC methodologies.
- Demonstrable understanding of data modelling, security architecture and governance in enterprise SaaS applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience
Typically 3–7 years of progressively responsible experience implementing, integrating and supporting Dynamics 365 and cloud-based business applications in enterprise environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
