Rolex seeks a Cleanliness and Contamination Control Intern in Bienne, Switzerland to support movement assembly workshop quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct a detailed analysis of current cleanliness levels and existing processes related to cleanliness control
  • Determine the particle contamination rate present in movements during assembly operations
  • Identify and document primary contamination sources within the assembly environment
  • Propose and evaluate improvements to achieve targeted cleanliness objectives
  • Draft a comprehensive final report documenting findings and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Microtechniques, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Systems (or equivalent)
  • Available for a full-time 6-month placement beginning September 1, 2026 (or by mutual agreement)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Meticulous, methodical approach with close attention to detail
  • Self-directed, proactive, and collaborative team member
