Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate wooden elements such as shutters, windows, and doors according to technical specifications and design requirements
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide fabrication and installation processes
- Select and prepare appropriate wood materials for each project
- Execute precision installation of completed wooden components
- Perform restoration and repair work on existing wooden structures and furnishings
- Develop core carpentry competencies under the guidance of experienced master craftspeople
Qualifications
- Strong spatial reasoning and visualization capabilities
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and fine hand-eye coordination
- Excellent physical stamina and capacity for sustained manual labor
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Skills
Experience
No prior professional carpentry experience required; candidates will receive comprehensive training from experienced master craftspeople as part of the apprenticeship program.
Education
Secondary school completion (compulsory education); successful completion of EVA and EVATech assessments is required for admission to the program.
