Role & Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) processes across sales, order-to-cash and logistics operations.
• Design and validate end-to-end process flows and functional specifications; propose pragmatic SAP configuration changes and business process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (sales, logistics, warehouse, finance) and technical teams to translate requirements into SAP SD/TM deliverables.
• Support configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT) and cutover activities during projects and upgrades; prepare test scenarios and validation scripts.
• Provide post-go-live support and incident resolution for SD and TM modules, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Produce clear system documentation, training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for end users and first-line support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for interfaces, data migrations and change control in SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Proven functional expertise in SAP SD and SAP TM, demonstrated in delivery or support roles.
• Experience across SAP project lifecycle phases: requirement definition, configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with excellence in process mapping, gap analysis and writing functional specifications.
• Effective communicator in written and spoken English; ability to produce concise documentation for technical and business audiences.
• SAP certification in SD or TM, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.

Experience

Mid-level candidate with several years (typically 3–7) of hands-on experience implementing, supporting or enhancing SAP SD and SAP TM modules within complex supply-chain, distribution or manufacturing environments. Prior exposure to cross-functional, international projects is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
