Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of processes related to SAP SD, SAP TM, and SAP GTS modules.
- Define SAP solutions tailored to commercial, logistical, and export needs.
- Ensure the quality of configurations and developments executed.
- Gather and analyze business requirements in the commercial and export domains.
- Draft functional and technical specifications.
- Configure SAP SD, SAP TM, and SAP GTS modules.
- Monitor and test developments carried out by technical teams.
- Participate in SAP system deployment projects and enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes.
- Train and assist end-users.
- Stay informed on best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or a Master's in computer science, logistics, or commerce.
- Ideally, SAP certification in SD, TM, and GTS modules.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP environments, preferably as a techno-functional consultant.
