Rolex (Geneva) seeks a Business Analyst, Procurement to optimise sourcing, supplier performance and procurement analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse procurement spend, supplier performance and category metrics to identify cost‑saving and risk‑reduction opportunities.
- Design and maintain procurement KPIs and dashboards; deliver regular reports and ad‑hoc analyses to Purchasing and Finance stakeholders.
- Support sourcing projects with financial modelling, total cost of ownership assessments and supplier segmentation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality and Legal to ensure supplier compliance with contractual terms and internal procurement policies.
- Contribute to process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives (e‑procurement, master data governance, reporting automation).
- Prepare business cases and present insights to senior stakeholders to drive sourcing decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain analytics within a complex manufacturing or luxury environment.
- Proven ability to translate procurement data into actionable commercial recommendations and savings.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience working cross‑functionally (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a strong asset.

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in procurement analysis, category management support or sourcing analytics, ideally within manufacturing or luxury goods.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related discipline; master’s degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
