Rolex seeks a Business Analyst MES in Geneva to manage production system projects and MES maintenance within Information Systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and clarify requirements expressed by production users and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into appropriate functional solutions and technical specifications
- Serve as the interface between business users, Product Owners, and technical teams
- Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and optimal functioning of production applications
- Support technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and business context
- Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment of system enhancements
- Ensure functional maintenance of production applications and systems
- Contribute to the resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 production incidents
- Support the implementation, evolution, and rollout of MES solutions
Qualifications
- University degree in management information systems or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role; industrial sector experience preferred
- Demonstrable ability to gather, analyse, and formalise business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical teams
- Experience in implementation, evolution, or support of a Manufacturing Execution System; knowledge of DELMIA Apriso is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in functional testing methodologies, user acceptance testing, and application support
- Knowledge of or experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and organisational capabilities; rigorous, methodical approach with strong prioritisation skills
- Autonomous, solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated initiative
- Strong teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven capacity to collaborate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
Skills
Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role; industrial sector experience is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with MES platform implementation, evolution, or ongoing support is essential, with particular value placed on familiarity with DELMIA Apriso systems.
Education
University degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal qualification.
