Rolex seeks a Business Analyst Kinaxis to implement supply chain planning solutions in Geneva. Full-time, hybrid role requiring RapidResponse expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define implementation needs and process improvements
- Design and document business processes aligned with Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities and organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processing timelines, and anticipate future requirements
- Participate in cross-domain projects requiring supply chain, planning, or production expertise
- Support the transition to Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) while maintaining supply chain continuity
- Maintain and govern data quality standards in partnership with business stakeholders
- Build and mentor team capabilities on the Kinaxis platform and associated tools
- Monitor solution evolution to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent engineering qualification (EPF or comparable)
- Minimum three years of professional experience in supply chain, production planning, or related operations domains
- Proven expertise configuring and implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro
- Project management competency with strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Critical thinking ability and capacity for autonomous problem analysis and solution development
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong communication abilities, including ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations
- Demonstrated discretion and attention to procedural rigor
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or related operations domains, with confirmed hands-on experience implementing and configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro.
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent engineering qualification (such as EPF).
