Rolex is hiring a Business Analyst - HRIS in Geneva. Lead HRIS requirements, implementations and reporting for a premier luxury watchmaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for HRIS solutions.
- Lead end-to-end HRIS project activities including solution design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment.
- Contribute to system configuration and validation of HR modules (core HR, payroll interfaces, talent & performance, reporting).
- Develop and maintain robust data models, reports and dashboards to provide actionable HR analytics.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (HR, IT, Payroll, Legal, external vendors) to ensure alignment, timely delivery and change control.
- Design and execute test plans (UAT, integration, regression) and manage defect remediation cycles.
- Produce and maintain system documentation, process maps and user guides; deliver training and change-management materials to HR end users.
- Ensure HRIS controls, data quality and compliance with applicable data protection and privacy standards during implementations and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of delivering HRIS projects or major system enhancements within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated ability to convert business needs into technical solutions and clear requirements.
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (talent, compensation, payroll interfaces, reporting).
- Experience with system testing methodologies and managing user acceptance testing.
- Proven stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience, with an emphasis on governance and change control.

Experience
Approximately 3–5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR systems implementation or IT/business analysis supporting human resources; experience within complex, international organisations preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
