Business Analyst – GMAO/EAM specialist at Rolex in Geneva. Strategic logistics systems role supporting multi-site production operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft functional specifications based on user requirements and business process analysis
- Monitor and validate software developments and system configurations aligned with business objectives
- Train key users and provide comprehensive support during EAM solution deployment phases
- Ensure solution maintenance and provide ongoing technical support to end-users
- Identify and drive future solution evolution projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to strategic IT infrastructure development and maintenance in the GMAO/EAM domain
- Partner with operational teams to define maintenance workflows, system integrations, and tool implementation strategies across production sites
Qualifications
- University-level education or significant professional experience in GMAO/EAM systems
- Strong knowledge of GMAO logistics workflows and their integration within enterprise processes
- Proven business analysis capability with expertise in functional process documentation
- Experience with enterprise maintenance management solutions such as SAP PM/EAM, Hexagon, or IBM Maximo
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with demonstrated autonomy and analytical rigor
- Willingness to travel across all four production sites in Switzerland

Significant professional experience in GMAO/EAM domain preferred; hands-on experience deploying and maintaining computerized maintenance management systems across multi-site manufacturing environments highly valued.
Education
University-level degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; significant professional experience in GMAO/EAM systems may substitute for formal tertiary education.
