Rolex is seeking a Business Analyst in Geneva, Switzerland, to ensure the harmonization of forecasting and planning processes. The role requires expertise in IT solutions and agile methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the harmonization and coherence of forecasting and planning processes.
  • Participate in the configuration, testing, validation, and support of solutions.
  • Assist solution team members in functional analysis.
  • Communicate business needs effectively to solution development teams.
  • Collaborate in agile meetings with the Scrum Master and Product Owner.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance data quality and anticipate future needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing IT solutions in forecasting and planning.
  • Proven experience with Kinaxis Maestro or other Advanced Planning System solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies and project management.
  • Proficiency in French and English (C1/C2 level).

Skills

Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in solution-seeking. Critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in IT solution management within forecasting and planning domains.
