Rolex is hiring a Business Analyst – Forecasting and Planning in Geneva. Lead demand planning systems and APS solutions within our IT division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements in forecasting and planning domains
- Define solutions adapted to business needs while promoting the adoption of standardized tool configurations
- Participate in designing and evolving processes within APS Maestro, ERP SAP, and associated solutions
- Execute or coordinate functional configurations required across selected solutions
- Author user stories, detailed functional specifications, and contribute to technical specifications
- Monitor, test, and validate development work delivered by technical teams
- Lead deployment, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives for IT solutions
- Support end-users during testing, training, deployment, and stabilization phases
- Contribute to solution quality, documentation standards, and supported process optimization
- Monitor industry best practices in forecasting, planning, and advanced planning systems (APS) utilization
Qualifications
- Engineering degree, Master's degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, logistics, planning, supply chain, commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an APS, ERP, or forecasting/planning solution environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Maestro or equivalent advanced planning tools (SAP APO, SAP IBP, OMP, Blue Yonder, or similar)
- Proficiency in writing specifications, user stories, test scenarios, and end-user documentation
- Strong analytical and synthesizing abilities
- Capacity to comprehend complex processes and structure them effectively
- Rigor in documentation, testing, and decision tracking
- Service-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across diverse business stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity regarding advanced planning solutions and APS standards
- Adaptability to evolving functional scope and requirements
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working within an APS, ERP, or advanced forecasting and planning solution environment, with demonstrated ability to manage complex requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Education
Engineering degree, Master's degree, or equivalent professional qualification in information technology, logistics, planning, supply chain management, commerce, or a related discipline.
