Rolex is hiring a Business Analyst — Finance IT (EPM) in Geneva. Mid-level role bridging Finance and IT to deliver EPM solutions and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives, translating finance requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and functional design workshops with finance stakeholders (consolidation, planning, forecasting and management reporting).
  • Configure, test and support EPM solutions and integrations (system configuration, data flows, mappings and reconciliations).
  • Coordinate and execute UAT, regression testing and production cutover activities to ensure data integrity and solution stability.
  • Develop and maintain standardized financial reports and dashboards; deliver ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and EPM functionality, including performance tuning and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and user guides; deliver end-user training.
  • Work with IT teams and external vendors on incident resolution, change requests and enhancement roadmaps while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with Enterprise Performance Management implementations or support (planning, consolidation and reporting).
  • Practical knowledge of financial systems integration, month-end close processes and consolidation accounting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience in requirements elicitation, process design and user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work across finance and technical teams and to present complex topics succinctly.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream) or project management/agile credentials are advantageous.
