Rolex seeks a Business Analyst — Finance IT (EPM) in Geneva to support TAGETIK and SAP BPC consolidation and planning tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support consolidation projects using TAGETIK: requirements definition, deployment, functional evolutions and user support.
- Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of TAGETIK: configuration, developments and documentation.
- Ensure operation, maintenance and support of SAP BPC planning solutions: parameterisation, developments and documentation.
- Provide functional and technical support to end users and accompany adoption of the tools.
- Author technical and functional documentation related to system changes and consolidation processes.
- Safeguard the coherence and quality of consolidation data across systems.
- Analyse and resolve incidents and system malfunctions reported by users.
- Monitor regulatory and market developments (e.g., ESG, CSRD, Global Minimum Tax) and anticipate related tool evolutions.
- Maintain awareness of best practices in financial consolidation and EPM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, management information, computer science for business, or corporate finance.
- Demonstrated mastery of TAGETIK (indispensable for consolidation/EPM consolidation activities).
- Working knowledge of financial consolidation rules and processes.
- Experience with SAP BPC (planning module) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory domains such as Global Minimum Tax, ESG / CSRD and Collaborative Office workflows.
- Proven ability to produce clear technical and functional documentation.
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity and adaptability in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-specialist users.
- Strong client-service orientation and change-management aptitude.

Experience
Proven experience supporting financial consolidation and planning tools, with demonstrated hands‑on use of TAGETIK; experience on SAP BPC and working alongside Finance teams is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, management information systems, computer science for business, or corporate finance.
