Rolex in Geneva seeks a Business Analyst (CFAO) to deliver financial analysis, reporting and forecasting support for regional finance leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, consolidate and interpret monthly and ad-hoc financial reports, P&L analyses and KPI dashboards to support the CFAO and regional finance leadership.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting cycles; produce variance analysis and scenario modelling to inform commercial decisions.
  • Design and automate management reporting processes and self-service dashboards using BI tools to increase timeliness and analytical depth.
  • Partner with commercial, supply-chain and operations teams to translate business drivers into financial metrics and ensure alignment on targets and performance.
  • Support month-end and close activities, ensuring accuracy of postings, intercompany reconciliations and control documentation.
  • Drive process improvements and participate in ERP/finance systems projects; act as liaison between stakeholders and IT/finance systems teams.
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives, product launches and distributor/regional performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; Master’s degree or professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
  • Strong command of financial modelling, forecasting techniques and management reporting principles.
  • Proven ability to summarise complex data into clear, senior-ready presentations and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with commercial and operations teams.
  • Attention to detail, high ethical standards and a rigorous approach to financial controls and compliance.
  • Language proficiency in French and English is highly desirable given the role’s regional and cross-functional interactions.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A or business analysis within luxury goods, watchmaking, retail distribution or related industries; demonstrable experience supporting senior finance leadership and managing cross-functional projects.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional finance certification (CFA/ACCA/CPA) is a strong asset.
