Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by applying refined consultative selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge of haute horlogerie.
- Present and demonstrate timepieces with meticulous attention to detail and brand standards, ensuring an elevated customer experience.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, inventory control, stock replenishment and boutique visual standards.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to facilitate repairs, warranties and authenticated servicing for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to CRM data hygiene and sales reporting.
- Uphold boutique presentation and compliance with brand merchandising, security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, ideally within watches or high jewelry.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering personalised client experiences.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical wristwatches — training or demonstrable product expertise in horology is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to cultivate high‑net‑worth client relationships.
- Fluent professional communication skills and the ability to present product heritage and technical features clearly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is an advantage.

Experience
At least three years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with preference given to candidates with prior exposure to watches or jewellery and demonstrable sales performance.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational certification or formal training in retail, hospitality or watchmaking preferred.
