Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive clients in the boutique, ensuring a discreet, polished and attentive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client flows with sales advisors to optimise in‑store service.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally, routing requests to the appropriate boutique or service teams.
