Rolex is hiring a BIM Coordinator in Geneva, Switzerland to manage federated models, BIM standards and digital construction workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement and enforce BIM standards, templates and the BIM Execution Plan across facilities, renovation and construction projects.
- Manage federated 3D models (architectural, structural, MEP) and lead clash detection, issue resolution and model coordination workflows.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams — external consultants, contractors and internal facilities/engineering stakeholders — to ensure model integrity and delivery milestones.
- Produce and maintain model deliverables, COBie/asset information and data handover packages for operations and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, scripts and model QA/QC procedures to improve model quality and interoperability.
- Provide BIM training and support to project teams and facilities staff; champion best practices for digital construction and asset lifecycle management.
- Integrate BIM processes with project procurement, scheduling and cost-control activities to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil/mechanical engineering, construction management or equivalent technical qualification.
- Practical knowledge of BIM standards and information management frameworks (ISO 19650 or equivalent).
- Professional experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM projects in construction or industrial/manufacturing facilities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to lead technical coordination across external consultants and internal teams.
- Fluent technical English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to Swiss operations is advantageous.
