Rolex in Geneva seeks a BIM Coordinator (CVSE) to lead digital construction coordination and integrate safety & environmental compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary BIM coordination across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines; manage federated models and deliverables from consultants and contractors.
- Implement and oversee the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and modelling standards (LOD/LOI), ensuring consistency with project requirements and company protocols.
- Conduct regular clash detection using federated models, prioritize conflicts, drive resolution workshops and document outcomes for construction teams.
- Integrate CVSE (health, safety, environmental and sustainability) constraints into digital models to support regulatory compliance and site HSE planning.
- Prepare and maintain digital asset libraries, naming conventions, COBie deliverables and handover packages for facilities management.
- Coordinate site-based BIM deliverables with project management and construction teams; attend coordination meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
- Perform model QA/QC, validate as-built updates, and ensure traceable version control and audit trails for all BIM data.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams and contractors on BIM tools, workflows and CVSE-related modelling requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven experience as a BIM coordinator on complex construction or industrial facilities projects (typical expectation: 3+ years).
- Demonstrable understanding of construction HSE and environmental requirements and ability to integrate these into BIM workflows.
- Practical experience implementing BIM Execution Plans and managing federated models across multiple disciplines.
- Strong communicator with ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and liaise with external consultants and contractors.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit) are advantageous.

Several years of hands-on BIM coordination experience within construction or industrial/facility projects, including model federation, clash detection, and delivery of COBie/FM handover packages.
Education
