Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and install electrical control systems and automated equipment under supervision
- Assemble, commission, and troubleshoot robotic systems and production machinery
- Maintain and repair electrical and pneumatic installations in workshop and client environments
- Apply theoretical knowledge in electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to solve practical engineering challenges
- Collaborate with experienced trainers and production teams to optimize automated systems
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude and genuine interest in mathematics, physics, and technical drawing
- Logical and methodical problem-solving approach
- Manual dexterity and hands-on technical capability
- Completion of lower secondary education (obligatory school level in Switzerland)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in workshop and client-facing settings

No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate genuine interest in machinery development, assembly, and maintenance, with comfort working both in technical workshops and with external clients.
