Role & Responsibilities

- Motivation to undertake a formal apprenticeship in automated machine operation (CFC/Traineeship).
- Strong sense of precision, rigor and methodical working habits.
- Logical, analytical mindset with good manual dexterity.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn from experienced trainers.
