Role & Responsibilities

  • Learn to set up, adjust and operate automated production and assembly machinery under trainer supervision.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality during runs; perform in-line inspections and document deviations.
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance and basic mechanical/electrical interventions to ensure optimal uptime.
  • Respond to production incidents by diagnosing faults, escalating complex issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Follow strict safety, hygiene and quality procedures; keep accurate production and maintenance records.

Qualifications

  • Motivation to undertake a formal apprenticeship in automated machine operation (CFC/Traineeship).
  • Strong sense of precision, rigor and methodical working habits.
  • Logical, analytical mindset with good manual dexterity.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn from experienced trainers.
  • Application dossier including CV, cover letter and school reports from the last three years.

Experience
