Role & Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust and operate automated production machines used for the manufacture, assembly and packaging of watch components.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality, performing in‑process inspections and recording production data.
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance and basic repair tasks to ensure optimal equipment functioning.
  • Diagnose and intervene promptly on production line incidents, escalating complex faults to maintenance specialists.
  • Comply with company quality, safety and clean‑room procedures; participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers and production teams to acquire new skills and meet production targets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable rigour, precision and a methodical, logical approach to technical tasks.
  • Strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation for mechanical systems, automation and high‑precision manufacturing.
